Licence Options

Builder Open Licence: With the Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction, you can apply for a Builder Open licence, enabling you to contract directly for any building type without height or size restrictions. This licence also qualifies you to supervise or nominate building projects as a Site Supervisor. To be eligible, you’ll need four years of experience under a licensed builder or two years of trade experience (such as bricklaying or carpentry) in addition to your Diploma.
