These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern the 10% cash back offer (“Cash Back Offer”) provided by Techskill Academy (“we,” “us,” or “our”) to customers (“Customers” or “you”) who meet the specified criteria. By participating in the Cash Back Offer, you agree to these Terms.  

1. Eligibility:
   • The Cash Back Offer is available to Customers who purchase programs in full, approved finance, or by split payments only.
   • The Cash Back Offer is applicable only to programs purchased during the specified promotion period. This period is for the month of July 2023 only.
2. Cash Back Percentage:
   • The Cash Back Offer entitles eligible Customers to receive a 10% cash back on the total amount paid for the program(s) subject to these Terms. Based on the cost of programs, including the currency of cents and/or dollars, Cashback amounts may change slightly by being rounded up or down to meet the requirement for cash card pre-paid amounts.
3. Redemption Options:
   • Customers may choose to claim the 10% cash back as either:
   • A cash visa card, which can be used as a prepaid card, or
   • A credit against the purchase, deducted from the total amount paid for the program.
4. Cash Back Redemption Process:
   • Redemption requests for Cashback visa cards must be submitted and accepted during the purchase process to be eligible for redemption.
   • Cashback visa cards will be processed and distributed in August 2023 before the end of the month.
   • Redemption cash visa cards will be sent electronically via email to the email address provided during the purchase process.
5. Rain Checks:
   • No rain checks or alternatives will be provided for the Cash Back Offer.
6. General Terms:
   • The Cash Back Offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion.
   • We reserve the right to modify or terminate the Cash Back Offer at any time without prior notice.
   • Any fraudulent or abusive activity related to the Cash Back Offer may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the cash back.
   • We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misplaced Cashback visa cards.
   • The Cash Back Offer is subject to applicable laws and regulations.
   • By participating in the Cash Back Offer, you agree to release and hold us harmless from any claims or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the Cash Back Offer.
