Welcome to your FREE online preliminary skills assessment. The purpose of this assessment is to determine your eligibility to enter our Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) program.
Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is a skills assessment process where you can use your existing knowledge, skills, and experiences gained over the years within a specific field or industry, be it locally or internationally, to demonstrate your competency against one or more units in the qualification.
To receive an RPL outcome for one or more units, you must be assessed by a qualified assessor who will use their professional judgment to determine your competency level against the unit criteria based on your existing skills, knowledge, and evidence.
It is important to note, that the responsibility to provide evidence to validate competence is the responsibility of the RPL candidate. If you are deemed competent, then you will receive an RPL outcome for the applicable unit/s.
If you are unable to provide sufficient evidence and therefore deemed not-yet competent, you must complete gap training and assessments for the relevant unit/s as determined by the qualified assessor. This may involve deeper assessment methods such as onsite observations, personal meetings (face to face), video assessment, and/or theory-based assessment. One of our Education Consultants will be able to provide more information after receiving your form submission.
You may have developed your competence through the following ways:
If you have answered yes to any of the above, we recommend getting your skills assessed today so you can start your skills recognition journey.
