This nationally recognised program is designed for those seeking to develop their career and move towards a senior operational role. Specifically, this diploma qualification was created for people working in the Well Servicing field as a Rig Manager, Assistant Rig Manager or Senior Operational Personnel such as a Field Superintendent working in Australia.
The tasks performed by the supervisor in well servicing involve a high level of autonomy and require the application of significant judgement in planning and determining the selection of equipment/roles/techniques for themselves and others. They are required to demonstrate the application of a broad range of technical, managerial, coordination and planning skills.
More importantly, this qualification is relevant to today’s current industry standards and reflects the skills and competencies needed to grow a successful career within the oil & gas industry.

The RII51020 Diploma of Well Servicing Operations requires the completion of 12 units comprising of 7 core units and 5 electives.
