The CPC50210 Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) is designed for builders and/or contractors overseeing the work and its quality and liaising with clients. The units within this qualification are specific to candidates looking to apply for a Building Practitioner registration in Western Australia.
If you are currently employed or working for a building or construction company or if you are seeking to develop and/or upgrade your skills and knowledge, then this qualification is what you need.

If you have the evidence to demonstrate your existing skills and knowledge for one or more units, you can apply for recognition, technically called recognition of prior learning or skills recognition. We will conduct an initial assessment over the phone to help you determine if you are eligible. This option may reduce the need to complete formal training and assessment.
